Maybe he likes to drift inside. Maybe football is full of bullschytt these days. But arguments about whether he's a striker are pretty pointless. He's an attacking player. Beyond that, definitions are subjective, flexible, variable. If the club are seriously being crituicised for calling an attacking player a striker, just because he plays a bit wide, I think more than anything it suggests that people are desperately looking for something to criticise.
