A bit like the sponsored brick idea. Simple (maybe unless you have an exclusive and restrictive contract with a multinational firm that produces only standard templates for dozens/hundreds of teams), interesting, and almost a cert to be bought by supporters whose names are printed on the shirt, even after they've put up the money for the initial inclusion in the project.
