scotty Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 (edited) I came home today expecting either my ticket or at least a card from royal mail saying to go to the depot and collect it as a signature is required. I'm going to phone Firhill tomorrow to see what they're going to do about this as I wont be home 'till after six to find out if there's been an attempt at delivery. I cant get to the depot 'till Saturday morning if it's taken there. I also won't be able to get to Firhill 'till after seven on Friday. Bloody shambles the whole thing. Harrybriscoe Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 Called the office today and was told I have to pick up my ticket from the office despite having paid for delivery at the time of purchase. Pain in the bum really as I'm already on a tight time line for Friday's kick-off and I can't get to the office during the day. Someone needs to pull their socks up in the admin office as my seat allocation prior to the DU game was also a shambles. I feel like asking for a complete refund as they have not given me what I paid for. As I'll miss a couple of games anyway it will be as cheap paying at the gate. My ticket would normally be section 3... It's now called block 4. Check your seat position it should still be accurate. Basically the JHS was sectioned off as per vomitorium...
