Do people really believe that if it were Scotland who had qualified and England hadn't been at a major competition since Euro 98, that the English wouldn't be doing what us, 'jealous' Scots have been doing? -
I don't think that rule applies to the SFL, as clearly there has to be something wrong with you if you want to be in charge!

I think I'm the only person I know that doesn't actually mind it. At least it makes it harder to hear the frankly awful commentating. Edited for random comma.

I didn't say I didn't agree with the idea (and I do as we need all the money we can get) but I just don't think it would work.

Hah, of course not. But no signings are at least a clear statement of NOT trying to win the league, rather than just assuming we won't.

Don't think it would work unless all the fans were prepared to match their level of investment (season tickets, number of games attended, etc) while expecting not to win the league.

Something that the Jags trust, I would suggest, are trying to change with numerous community initatives, though of course none of them are really specifically aimed at getting people along to Firhill, it is helping to raise the profile of the club all over Glasgow, rather than just the West end. Info

I believe the Jordan lad is 17 (having just done his highers - see feeshal site) and I think we got him from Broomhill (remember that venture?), though could be wrong. -
Currently organising one, but we've only got 20 people so far...Though Twinny is assured of New Zealand.

To be fair to Townsend (not a nomral occurance) whenever I've seen an Ingurland game with him commenting or whatever he usually manages to say "England."

Having been part of the HW team for the past 2 seasons now I have to say to anyone thinking about joining in it is actally quite fun to do (assuming we're not getting gubbed!) Also it makes you (at least it did for me)notice a lot more of what's going on in games and you'll find yourself often repeating certain players names, for good or bad!

The way the club is going in regards to finances, we'll probably end up with Sid/Maxi/McNamara as joint managers!

I didn't realise "he finished the campaign strongly on the pitch" and given that McCall has said he'll only play in an emergancy it depends on how much game time Livi can offer. Either that or he's just trying to force the BOD's hand on a deal.
