    Sounds promising and if it works out as well as the last youngster we took from Montrose for a nominal fee then we are onto a winner. Also note on P&B that Niang is getting rave reviews from Montrose fans.

    I remember Mourinho hyping up tactic from his Porto days. Not only would ballboys/girls disappear when his team was winning but he would instruct them to roll it along ground slowly towards opposing players etc. In one of his first games in charge of Spurs recently in Champions League a ballboy effectively set up a Spurs goal with quick thinking. Interesting edge I think.

    Sometimes whilst abroad it feels like missionary work with the Jags when asked if it’s blue or green you support. I do enjoy explaining to those interested the evils of that pair and why supporting the Jags is the way to go. If one person in the world takes note and maybe even keeps eye out for Thistle results then it’s a job well done.

    Steven Mclean the ref again (after QOS) on Sat. We had Mike Roncone for consecutive Saturdays in November so maybe this is becoming a new monthly trend.

    Celtic getting both the JH and JL stand for this. Colin Weir stand for us lot. Torn on this one, yes maximise revenue etc but we lose our usual seats (or what might be left of them) and turn Firhill into in a mini Parkhead for the day.

    This. Despite being polar opposites I respect both Jordanhill Jag and jlsarmy opinions and arguments on here but c’mon guys not on this thread. Simple fact is club told Davie’s family and him about naming of training ground therefore as this is not now happening the club must consult with them and make good as best they can.

    Mitch Austin starts as does Alex Jones. He is real after all.

    It might not matter much AJ but I would have Sneddon in goals over Fox all day long. I personally think his shot stopping and positioning is streets ahead of his no1. He is younger and on much less of a wage than Fox too. He is no Cerny,Walker,Nelson etc but retains the potential. Buffon would have conceded 5 yesterday imo.
