Think when you see the highlights you will realise how wrong you were, if that was him chasing down a cross then i fear what he will do when he decides not to chase one down

Not saying i want it, was just a suggestion. He probably should be learning from his mistakes but he doesn't seem to be so maybe someone to look at it with a different pair of eyes could be valuable. Then again maybe not.

Instead of sticking with what we have and going down or sacking and finding a new manager, what about employing someone like an older head to advise archie. When i say advise i don't mean as in pick his team etc but to guide him. The issue with archie is his tactical knowledge and the fact he doesn't know how to change things.

So as of next season it will just be us?

Sad to say it but he has to go and go soon, we are not playing too bad but he does not seem to have the tactical nous to mix things up to get results.

I am not blaming the manager but is it not about time we try and get someone younger in who is fresh/enthusiastic etc rather than relying on the old ways.

Has anyone ever thought of printing off 5,000 comps and delivering them to houses/student locations in the local area? May well work and surely not cost that much to print tickets off since we apparently do it in-house these days. Then see how many people turn up and see if it would be worth doing again on some occasion and then try find ways to keep them coming with a door drop of questionares to the same people for feedback and collate it. Would also be worth doing this with our core support to get feedback. I remember we done something a few seasons ago but never actually heard of the results of the feedback.

He has deffo made a mistake or been badly advised, either way i would take him back if there was ever the chance but i would not have him infront of the young lads

It is fair to say there is a lot wrong at the moment but until we get past the first quarter of the season i won't be hovering over the panic button. Others have got stronger and more experienced in close season where we have decided youth is the way. If we do go down then we may bounce back stronger like hearts did with our younger players more experienced for it. I do hope however we do not go down.

Was annoyed we never hammered them before they scored, was annoyed at the goal they scored when we switched off and annoyed at that prick boyd scoring against us as he always does but...encouraged by the result as after we went down to 10 men i would have accepted a draw. Also we were head and shoulders above Killie who were poor. As soon as we get sharp in front of goal and take our chances we will be fine, and hopefully pogba and doolan can be used to good effect throughout the season in shared responsibility for goals
