I'll look forward to another thread asking when was the last time we were so far ahead of all the other teams by the end of September (or whatever month applies).
I'd go along with that. Towards the end of last season we got a couple of goals following excellent work on the wing by Campbell, when he suddenly cut in and went past defenders along the 18-yard line.
Too early to be really worried about Doolan, I think. It may also be the case that he's coming in for some tighter marking/roughing up this time around, given how well he did last season. Good point about the youngsters, though.
I remember going through that procedure to see the Rolling Stones in Glasgow in 1976. To this day it remains my favourite concert after Pink Floyd in 1994.
There was a young player called Iain Flannigan
When we signed him he looked like a bargain
His work rate's dodgy and so is his markin'
Should be wearin' slippers and a cardigan.
The result on Saturday was a huge embarrassment for all concerned with PTFC.
There's no doubt that a victory against Dundee will go some way to repairing the damage. Another home defeat, however, and morale may well sink further.
