As far as I know, Livi have said they're recalling Nouble, and that he's not going back out on loan this season.

Postponement would definitely be in our interests at the moment.

I suspect Rudden is on his way out. As long as we can replace him, I wouldn't be unhappy to see him go. 8 goals in 23 starts this season tells its own story.

I think we're paying a price for this season's ground sharing arrangement. It's not going to get any better over the winter, so we need to learn to adapt our game to accommodate the surface. Maybe that's part of the thinking behind the long ball strategy we seem to have adopted in recent home games.

Totally agree with your assessment of the problem. We lack creativity in midfield and have no real threat from wing backs. I don't know that Lawless is the answer, but we certainly need to strengthen and I hear he may be in the plans for January.

Central defence badly needs shored up. We're hesitant and error prone. Brownlie, Graham and Tiffoney on asap.

What a shambles of a first half. Accepting that we need to rotate, why would you make 6 changes to a winning side - after you made 5 changes on Saturday and conceded a goal 2 minutes later. Bell, Docherty and Rudden off at HT.

You're right to note that we really don't have time to see if the partnership will gel. To me, Rudden always looks uncertain in possession, and while he has pace and a physical presence, he looks a long way from being the finished article. I don't see him having a lot of goals to offer us, so I'd be inclined to give McIver a couple of games alongside Graham to see if that will pay dividends - v Forfar on Tuesday and Dundee Utd next Saturday.

Tiffoney looks very useful, and a couple of decent runs from Williamson, but otherwise it's not convincing stuff. Graham on for Rudden at HT imo.

We're totally pedestrian going forward. No pace, no creativity and completely predictable so we're easy to defend against. The mystery is how we've managed to score 10 goals in our 11 games.

Overall, a decent day for us. Falkirk lose again, and Montrose drop a point at home. Unfortunately Cove Rangers win. I'm with Duke Getwana and Lady Isobel. I thought we played well against a poor side. Controlled midfield and were solid at the back. If we were in any doubt, today confirmed that we lack creativity and composure up front and rely too much on Graham - who had an absolute stinker today. But, we are looking a better side every week, and if we can get goals into the team, I believe we can challenge in this league.

A solid performance against mediocre opposition. In truth, we should have had the game wrapped up by half time, given our total dominance in the first half, but we let them back into the game at the start of the second half. This time we got away with it, but another day, could have ended up not getting 3 points. I share LIB's concern that we're too reliant on Graham for goals. We need to find more goals throughout the team, and atm it's not clear where they'll come from. It would be nice not to have to watch a second half on the edge of my seat!!

The problem seems to be the Pixelott system which most lower league clubs have bought. Albion Rovers have apologised to their fans for the system's performance at their game last night. Looks like we may all have been sold a pup.
