JeanieD
Kellachan Gibson (J) Rough and Nobby Clark. I fear this is future Jag Dixie Deans scoring one of his 6 goals in the 7-0 defeat c.1973.

JeanieD
That's right! Nice of Thistle to help Deans set a new scoring record that has not yet been beaten. In fairness they inflicted our biggest defeat that season, but we also inflcted their biggest defeat that season, albeit a rather more modest 2-0 defeat at Firhill, still 2 points though. Rough had a tremendous game that day too. Man of the match unbelievably despite shipping 7 goals. Ended the game absolutely caked in mud. There used to be a cracking picture of him absolutely dripping with mud poised to spring into action again during that game.

Back in the days when we could occasionally beat them. Sigh.

Jaggernaut
The photo that I seem to recall is of Roughie standing, ready for action, but dripping wet mud from head to toe. I don't think there's anybody else in the picture. But my memory isn't what........ err I've lost what I was going to say. Veejag
I think that could be Danny Lennon on the desk. Brian Martin in there too? Struggling with the guy nearest the keeper. It's not McKeown is it?

Veejag
It's the right season for Montgomerie but I don't think it's him.
Ancipital
Hardie, Martin, dave Rogers, maybe Scott miller on the deck? Edit - zoomed in a bit, think it is Danny Lennon and it's Arthur in goals for us. Also, is 9 for them Colin Mcglashan?
