jagfaelivi
I'm not even going to apologise for harping on this. Just listened to the start of the gruesome twosome show on BBC, Tam and Stewart, and the question was "why were the 'well so poor after their brilliant recent performances"? And last week Aberdeen, according to the unbiased W Miller, had their worst performance since McInnes has been manager. Just let me say that the common denominator is a wee team from Maryhill who go largely unsung, maybe just because we do not have a "celebrity" supporter or one like Dung, or Preston, or Miller, or Cosgrove or Cowan, or McLeod who people the media and promote their own teams. And yes we also have a manager who does nothing to blow his own trumpet or brag about his team. Just when are we going to get some credit for what we've done since that disastrous day at home against County? And I'm fairly certain we would have got a point up at Dingwall if we had remained with eleven men. We are good and getting better with continuity of selection and better organisation at the back. All we have to do now is to improve our corners and free kicks into the box...... Maybe next season? Or am I asking too much?
jaggy
Good free kick into the box today!
JeanieD
I wouldn't worry too much as the half-wits on Radio Snyde were relegating us earlier on today - Hugh Keevans and his specialist knowledge for Gawd's sake!!! Of course we aren't safe yet but let's be honest the only thing of interest for "journalists" is for the reincarnation of the Bigotfests next season. Dark Passenger
Graham Speirs countered Cowan's gum bumping by pointing to our good form.
Metz
I generally listen to RS and they are reasonably balanced in there collective view. I would expect a Thistle minded person to be biased so not concerned if obvious fans of the other team playing the Jags are biased. If you are stupid enough to listen to Clyde then you deserve the OF fest that you will endure.
jags on tour
They muppets on Radio Clyde still think Rangers are in the SPL, no wonder Delahunt got done for drink driving having to listen to that pish all night without having a drink. Auld Jag
No need for praise from the media, just a look at the league table is good enugh for me. Edited April 11, 2015 by Auld Jag
ChewinGumMacaroonBaaaz
I'm quite content to avoid the opinions of half these muppets. Just quietly do our thing and work our way steadily upwards. They've pretty much all been utterly gash at promoting the game. Most of the hacks are old firm fans who think they don't need us, don't want to play us and cling on to the dream of moving to the EPL or a euro-league. The rest are "provincial" club (thier word not mine) fans, tickled pink they get into the game buck shee. A few speak the odd word or two of good sense, but then some t1t like Stuart Cosgrove goes and spoils it all by justifying crowds of 3000 as ok considering the prices and comparing it to theatre audiences and attendances in Scandinavia.... Sorry, cannae bide the Channel 4 controller of arts and entertainment slaggin us for all being west end luvvies. ... You ain't a casual, St. johnstone have never been a cool team with a scary support, and Perth is posh. Hull uni and mixin it with the cool kids at "The Face" twisted yer melon man!!! ..... ..... Anyhoo .... "f**k the journo's!!!" ... as they say dahn Green Street way! Partick Thistle 2 Motherwell nil .... nuff said. Hopeless Unbeliever
We're one of the best teams in the league at converting corners. Strange times.
