Blackpool Jags
I think we all groaned in UNISON when we all read that. More important that all playing staff UNITE round Archie's preferred style of play. No room in the side for NUT cases.
The Sunnylaw Jag
He might be away but he is referring to Thistle as we on the Radio Scotland coverage.
Pinhead
maybe he knows he will be back because we don't have any players left lol
Veejag
Caught him bletherin on the radio in the car and very much sounded like both he and Archie expected him to be back at Firhill.
The Earl of Hathaway
Anybody see him at tonight's game? Just to add, I think he'd have done quite well tonight - could have done with someone delivering the killer pass, which I think Stevo us well capable of doing. yoda-jag
"played three games for ayr and been rotten in every one of them" ryan stevensons own words on radio tonight.
Big Col
No way he'll be back if he can't cut it in league 2 . And in any case, who would he replace in the team? Really hoping he's off for good this month.
king of spain
We literally have no one else as it stands. He comes across well to be fair to him on the radio for a guy who supposedly is a bad egg in the dressing room
oneteaminglasgow
I don't have any problem with Stevenson coming back. If he can get to a decent-ish level of fitness then he should be able to provide something a bit different to our other options, and make an impact from the bench. With our squad so lacking in depth it'd be madness to let him go permanently, unless we can bring in numerous reinforcements.
Albert's Ghost
He comes across well to be fair to him on the radio for a guy who supposedly is a bad egg in the dressing room He was great. So was Goodman. Good mix of banter and honest appraisal.
allyo
It's a funny thing, that when you're chopping and changing every week it gives the impression of squad depth, but when you're settled with a regular first 11 the impression is that the squad is weak.
ColinKelvin
"played three games for ayr and been rotten in every one of them" ryan stevensons own words on radio tonight. He also said (after some banter with Goodwin about eating custard cakes) that he needed to watch his weight as "that's probably why I got chucked out of Firhill"! lady-isobel-barnett
Didn't hear this but very impressed with Stevenson when he appeared on Sportscene. It's not easy outdoing Messrs Nevin, Stewart, Bonner etc in the daftness stakes but Ryan's reference to some player or other being made to "run the goblet" was comedy gold.
