I'm sure we had brothers called Docherty in the forgotten years of the mid-80's. i think one was called Jim and was alledgedly a striker, cant remember the other

 

Four Dochertys played in the 80s

 

Jim Docherty - 1982/83 14 - 4 goals

Gerry Docherty 1981/82 17 - 0 goals

Pat Docherty 1988/89 25 - 0 goals

Robert Docherty 1986/87 4 - 0 goals

It must have been Jim & Gerry then but i'm surprised at the years. I remember Pat was a decent midfielder we signed from Airdrie and he quit to join the police. i dont remember Robert at all

Started away to Dunfermline (Lost 0-2)

 

Vanished for 6 months, then

 

Sub away to Dumbarton (Lost 0-1)
