Jaggernaut
Congratulations to Colin on his Davis Cup doubles victory on Saturday. Good to see at least one victorious Jags fan this weekend!
Dizzytheegg
Aye, he likes to tweet about Thistle I hear. But is he not from Fife or the Borders?
twinny
Great stuff! I try to follow tennis more these days but to be honest I've never really got the Davis Cup. Does it ever end? Is there ever a final? Are teams ever eliminated or does it just go on and on and on?

I had a read of the wikipedia page for it after making that post and it does just seem to be a cup competition with a sort of pyramid structure "league" set up. We now have a chance to get 'promoted' back into the top league. The draw is tomorrow at 11 and Murray has already said he'll be back in the team for the matches in September. Should hopefully end a good summer of tennis, especially if we draw Spain or Switzerland.
