Gibberish
I was surprised ATS signed for Wigan due to them signing Taylor just before him. He must have realised he would be 2nd choice or worse read this
Gibberish
Yip I was as well, especially as he signed just a few days after they signed the other left back then this
Gibberish
Getting offered 5 to 6 times In wages would not have influenced his decision unless you are privvy to info that he had offers from other clubs theres your answer idiot
potty trained
It probably would be easy to understand if you had written... Do you think being offered 5 to 6 times in wages would have influenced his decision? Unless, you are privvy to info that he had offers from other clubs? dougie247
reading the Scunthorpe forum they seem dissatisfied with Wilcox would be terrible for Taylor to sign for a club and the manager gets the boot.. Shoulda stayed here mate!

Armand2
I feel pretty certain Taylor will be on the move again come January and as such, wouldn't be surprised if any move for a striker in this window is a temporary one.
Trotter
Part of me thinks Taylor's had his chance so move on but he did a good job for us last season. However I do think that we want someone in before end of August so unless it's Taylor at that point can't see it happening.
dougie247
Taylors move confuses me.. instead of choosing to be a constant choice in our first team and put him self on constant show.. he preferred to take a bit more money and sit on the bench? Lindau
Taylors move confuses me.. instead of choosing to be a constant choice in our first team and put him self on constant show.. he preferred to take a bit more money and sit on the bench? To be fair I would imagine it was probably a fair bit more than "a bit more money" Taylor is in print saying that if he was coming back to Scotland this season, it would be to Thistle. Apparently he loved his time at Firhill Edited August 19, 2014 by Lindau
Garscube Road End
Taylor made his bed. Let him lie in it. I find it hard to see us finding another striker before end of month that will better the squad. Possibly a left back and go with what weve got. He's not "sitting on the bench" though? Pretty sure he started on Saturday.
dougie247
unused in 1 league game started and then was hooked just after half time the 2nd.. and now they just brought in another striker...
Andynptfc
My point being that I don't think he's made a conscious choice to go and sit on the bench, he obviously feels like he could/will get a game. think I also remember reading that he used to play under the same manager at a different club which means the manager obviously knows him and likes him. The Cup
ATS nowhere to be seen in the Wigan squad tonight and Lyle relegated to subs bench That Wigan squad is very decent tbf. Taylor, on the other hand has been benched for 37 year old Deon Burton.
Trotter
Let it go. ATS went to a Chanpionship club with aspirations of playing in Premier soon. I'd imagine he's banking in getting a chance & taking it. Esp when they're signing £1m+ defenders. Taylor's made his choice, end of.
