We are still trying to play the same way we did when we had SOD,Higgy,ATS etc and its clearly not working. He has to try change it to suit the squad we have now.

I totally agree its a massive problem. Tried playing Fraser behind the striker last season and watching our best ball player with his back to goal was awful. The simple answer is IMO that unless we went fully 4-3-3 then Bannigan, Osman & Welsh cant play together in our current formation, none are a number 10.

Surely people see the bigger picture though. Our last game we had just over 5k v them with their end sold out. Until thistle fans turn up and sell the seats I've no argument in being moved to make the club more money.

What baffles me is we take 1300 to Hamilton but can't shift season books. Genuinely can't get my head round that. Must have one of the highest average away supports to home in the world.

Is anyone else bored with our team? The whole set up is a shambles. We play in the highest league in our country and we have one recognised full back available. Someone else mentioned that as a club we are at our peak and I completely agree. Depressing.

Did anyone think playing Fraser at the top of the 3 man midfield really took a huge amount of his influence,seemed our best ball playing midfielder had his back to goal most of the time looking for a pass to feet.

As an attacking sense that second half showed up how poor we are without higgy. Doolan seems to vanish in the second half of games and the front three behind today proved that none of them are consistently good enough for this level.

As its a cup tie is it not a rule we should be due 5% of the capacity?

Today must have made zero impact on Archie other than stating huge obvious gaps in our team. Left back,centre half, centre mid,attacking mid and a forward are all needed if we are going to be 10th. Balatoni, muirhead being in front of bannigan and fraser gives me nightmares. Good pubs though.
