Jaggernaut
Robert Reid's latest "Blast From The Past" on the OS features the 5-2 win in Dingwall in December 2006. As one does, over lunch and out of curiosity I checked out where the players in our squad that day are now. Here's what I came up with (somebody may have more recent info): Kenny Arthur: Goalkeeping coach at QoS Jonathan Tuffey: Linfield Craig Sives: Livingston John Robertson: ? Billy Gibson: Kilbirnie Ladeside Darren Brady: Pollok Scott Boyd: Ross County Brown Ferguson: 1st team coach at Stenhousmuir Jimmy Gibson: Retired Simon Donnelly: with rat face at Tannadice Mark Roberts: currently unattached, hopefully not for long Scott McCulloch: ? Stephen McConalogue: playing in Australia Adam Strachan: Glenafton (for the time being) Sandy Hodge: Sports scientist with ThistleWeir. Pat Keogh: Retired Graham Gibson: Retired Derek Young: Forfar John McGoldrick: ? Edited January 9, 2015 by Jaggernaut

Mediocre Pundit
Jeez, is Graham Gibson still making a living from football? I believe The Hoor has signed for Hurlford.
Jaggernaut
Isn't Sandy Hodge a. Thistle Weir coach? Thanks. He's listed as a "sports scientist." I'll edit the original list as info like this comes in.
The Cup
Kenny Arthur and Mark Roberts aside that was a dreadful team.
Mediocre Pundit
I liked Robertson and Sid.
Ancipital
Graham Gibson jacked football in 2009 and is now working as a journalist for the Dundee Courier. Jimmy Gibson had to retire through injury in 2008 and I think he's now a lorry driver. Edited January 9, 2015 by Ancipital
robphil
pat keogh drove my wife and i to glasgow airport in his private hire mini-cab about 2 years ago. he was heartily sorry his 'best days' were long behind him before he arrived at firhill where he loved the atmosphere in the dressing-room and in the stands
Jaggernaut
Thanks, folks. I've edited to include those updates. Only ones missing now are Robertson, Boab, and McGoldrick.
jags on tour
It's no paddy power, it's no max and paddy, it's paddy Keocccccccchhhhh. Loved that commentary by Campbell Hughes. ritchie
Jimmy Gibson had to retire through injury in 2008 and I think he's now a lorry driver. Jimmy Gibson is a janitor in Calderglen High School in East Kilbride
Armand2
Think Boab is now a social worker. And part-time demolisher when no wrecking balls are available.
Fearchar
Think Boab is now a social worker. And part-time demolisher when no wrecking balls are available. IIRC that always was his job, and before he left the club he was the last part-timer on the books (edited to add:) officially that is. partickthedog
I heard at second hand (from an optician I happen to know) that John Robertson has retired from football and is working in an optician business
lady-isobel-barnett
Jimmy Gibson is a janitor in Calderglen High School in East Kilbride To keep things in character I trust when he retires from that job he gets an appropriate sending off
Graemei
Adam Strachan was/is a decent player, sadly wasted his talent.
flashman
Think Boab is now a social worker. And part-time demolisher when no wrecking balls are available. Boab, cult hero Contribution to that team sadly overlooked in favour of our other hero in the team, the Hoor. Kenny is also a Legend for me, despite some folks not rating his skills as a keeper

lady-isobel-barnett
Boab, cult hero Contribution to that team sadly overlooked in favour of our other hero in the team, the Hoor. Too true. Was it Boab that lifted Ned Wasteoftalent by the collar when he was lying on the ground feigning injury? Not sure that's regular procedure for a social worker to do that to a potential client but it got a mighty cheer. Of cult heroes of that era, somewhere behind Marko & Boab I'd make a case for captain elect, George Rowe. We'll never know how much cash he saved us thru his honesty but given the Bunnet was spending money like water it was probably not a little sum. We'll also never know how many games Campbell would play the fella before he noticed the player was done. jags on tour
I heard at second hand (from an optician I happen to know) that John Robertson has retired from football and is working in an optician business I didn't see that coming. partickthedog
Neither did eye. Football is a good preparation for a career as an optician as there is so much speculation.
