robphil
All managers at all clubs sign duds, Lambie signed Roger Eli, Rangers payed £10 million for Flo, Celtic have a fair few too. Sometimes a player just doesn't work at a club alex ferguson once signed (ex-dundee united) ralph milne, taking him to old trafford from bristol city. fergie later admitted that milne represented '.. my worst signing of all time.' 1 John Lambie
Considering it was mentioned that Archie had tried to sign German in the past, which would surely suggest Archie at the very least thought he had talent that he could develop, it would appear that there's some other issue than his footballing ability. ian_mac
Can't believe that no one has formed a testimonial committee yet?
Lenziejag
No, of course he's not. Archie, like all managers, has consistently signed duds. He, unlike Mixu or Lee Clark, at least has the decency not to give them game time! Mark Kerr and Henoc Mukendi (although not really Archie's doing) immediately spring to mind. So why was it worth mentioning in such a disparaging way.
Lambies Lost Doo
Players leave for a plethora of reasons. It happens in every club. Good luck to him. It does make me chuckle when people still bring up Mukendi. Never has a player been so over hyped by some supporters than this guy.
