Correct. Where would we be if we (or the club) listened to some of the numbskulls on here that regularly posted that Archie must go, after every single defeat. Come to think of it, where are these guys now?....lol

I am not sure why people think he will definitely leave. Football management is a huge risk. Just look at McNamara. Ok he had a season and a bit at Dundee Utd and what looks like a disaster at York. More money for 3 years but rep in tatters.

I dont think anyone said he was 'definitely' leaving? Infact, where could he go? I dont think any teams in the our league would take on Archie. Im not sure he has done enough to generate any interest from across the border. He has turned things around incredibly from the start of the season when we couldnt buy a win and looked doomed. It would be some achievement considering our budget if he took us into the top 6, however for the time being he is still learning the ropes, and where best than at a club where he is a legend.

Apologies if I've missed it, but Edwards' visionary first-time lay off to Stevie Lawless for the first goal has yet to be given its due credit. It was precision itself, straight into Stevie's run, and the yard of space made it so much easier for him to measure the cross for Mathias.

 

It was a highly enjoyable day out. Particularly with the sun shining in Hamilton.
