Third Lanark
1pt away from home since Jackie became manager we really have to improve. Christie Elliot is off. Wonder if he is injured as cant see why we would substitute one of our top scorers for Stewart who so far I feel has had a pretty disappointing season. Hopefully he will prove me wrong and score a hat trick today
p12tfc
When was our last clean sheet away? Also set pieces letting us down again!!! Cairney floating crap balls which as usual come to nothing and then surprise surprise we concede from a corner
cjptfc
Sounds like a pretty comprehensive defeat.

jagsvayne
I'm quite worried about that wee stat, 1 point from 15 away. Hopefully we'll get it sorted.
Guy Incognito
Shite result today but not unexpected, which just goes to show what a monkey on our backs this away form has become. I really hope we pump brown shoes' mob next weekend and get ourselves back in to the promotion reckoning. GrantB
That was utter rubbish. Clueless right throughout the team and outfought by a well drilled team. Both goals were easily preventible. Out of that lot, I'd only give Cairney (and possible Hutton) pass marks.

Jagsfan58
Hard to believe this was the same side that started against Morton. Apart for a spell in the second half, we were poor. Not many pass marks out there today, though would probably have Cairney as the closest. He harried a lot as usual, but was not as effective creatively. Unfortunately his booking was Sinclair's fault, when he gave him a ball you just don't need. All in all a very disappointing performance leaving us still waiting for our first away win - would be nice to think it may come at Dens park, about time we got a win there. Fearchar
This team has no heart (i.e. no effective captain): instead of playing football, they just responded to Rovers' long ball game in kind. We can go and see that kind of rubbish in Sunday league football - for free. Only in the closing stages did anyone seem to realise that playing the ball on the ground just might give us an advantage, but by that time the game had been lost. Surely McNamara should have torn a strip off them during the break and told them to play the ball on the ground.

ian_mac
Very unfair on the fans who traveled up there today. The least they deserved was 100% commitment from the players, but that just isn't happening away from home.
Jagsfan58
After todays performance, you have either a sense of humour or are very delusional!!! We were poor today, but we were anything but poor against Morton and Ayr. We just need to take some of our home form away from home. Prefer to think if we are going to win away from home, the bottom of the league may offer the best chance to start. Anyway, I'll be as Dens in optimistic mood of a result. Love being a Jags fan, only we can go from 'we will win the league' to 'we will not win away from home' in the space of one match!

Being a jags fan is all about being optimistic!!! would love having our first away win to be at Dens, and we HAVE to at least try and take our recent home form into away games, only then will we succeed, today nothing happened for us today, the playres need to take a good hard look at themselves, especially after hitting the heights of the Morton game. If we win at Dens will buy you drinks at the next home game!!!
Lindau
Have never been able to fathom why a team is expected to win at home and struggle away from home. The only real difference is that in most cases you have the majority of support when at home and vice versa. Every team plays on a similar length pitch with the same size of goals, so why should it be different when we play away. Can only put it down to managers being more cautious away from home, why that is the case I dont know. It was incredulous to think that was the same team that hammered Morton a few weeks ago. Bloody awful performance!!
