We know Aberdeen have been pretty poor in cup competitions as of late, and Firhill has never been happy hunting ground in the past for them. I remember lowly Queens Park knocking them out here a few years ago. The suspensions will be a problem no doubt, but there are a few guys who will be raring to prove a few doubters wrong. As I understand it, both BMM Aaron Muirhead and Banzo are both out. Given that, I'd like to see Forbes and Lawless get the nod, and perhaps pushing Ozzy into CB. I'm not 100% fussed with the Cup this season. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to advance, but I do think the opportunity is there to experiment a bit. But there is absolutely no excuse for Archie being unprepared going into this one. Also with the crap kick off time, the travelling fans will be at a minimum, so hopefully the Jags faithful can get right behind the boys! C'mon Jags.
