Fawlty Towers
Saw this on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ptfcevents Hopefully there will be something on the official site as well to promote this and the person now in charge can get things moving in the right direction.
Metzmagic
A very positive move by the club. As I have posted previously my dealing with the previous hospitality solutions was a disgrace and haven't been back for functions or hospitality. Will be back again this year and hopefully it will be back to it's former glory.
PAISLEY-JAG
Excellent move by the club, opening up new potential income streams. Strange though that there isn't any adverts for the jobs that are surely now required to run it.
Fawlty Towers
From facebook page: Bar and waiting staff required for functions and hospitality on match days. Norgethistle
Is it just hospitality or are they doing the catering too

lady-isobel-barnett
Update on the OS: http://ptfc.co.uk/ne...tering_in_house Looks promising. Fingers crossed the Club will keep their eye on the ball for once. Their recent record of managing income streams has appeared abysmal so bringing such a crucial area of finance back in house can only be seen as a gamble. Fawlty Towers
The Aitken Suite is looking a bit different to the last time I was in there. Who will be asking for a pint of Jaggy Thistle? https://www.facebook.com/ptfcevents
Fawlty Towers
From the facebook page: The newly refurbished Aitken Bar will be open for the first time on Wednesday 6th August for our friendly against Sunderland from 5.30pm. There will be free pies prior to the match and a chance for you to try our "Jaggy Thistle" Lager We look forward to seeing you all there! westertonjagfan
Jaggy Thistle lager on draft. Now, if that was bottled I would be buying loads. Iron Maiden have their own lager so why not The Jags?

Fawlty Towers
Do we know who brews it? I think it is Belhaven.
Fawlty Towers
Anyone visit the Aitken Suite last evening? Just interested to see if it has improved as it has been an issue for a few years and if was done correctly it good be a decent source of income for the club. lady-isobel-barnett
I think it is Belhaven. Probably supplied by Belhaven/Greene King but more likely to be brewed down south at Bury St Edmonds than at Belhaven (Dunbar).
Fawlty Towers
From Facebook: Looking to book your next event? We have various function rooms available 7 days a week for your next celebration. Our rooms cater can cater for small groups of 10 to parties of 220. Contact us at [email protected] for further information Good to see that they are trying to get this income stream opened up and if the Aitken Suite has improved (which is what I am hearing) then it will be a real benefit to the club. One person attends a function there and then books his/her function there and so on. Hope the Club stick with it as it would be largely new business.
