  1. Exactly one year on, and KRIS DOOLAN is shoulder to shoulder with Davie McParland in terms of the first 50 competitive games...

  2. Having watched the disallowed goal countless times, the only thing i can see up with it, was it was scored against Sevco.

  4. He's doing well but he has a lot to learn. You cant expect someone in the first year of a job to know everything. Fortunately I think he's bright enough to understand that.

  5. As disappointing as it is to go out and miss out of a payday, if Adeloye's shot had gone in, a matter of an inch or so, the game would have swung in our favour and The subs would be getting viewed differently. Small margins etc etc

  7. ⁷.8 Thanks for this. We can add this decision to the many ridiculous decisions given against us over the years by at best incompetent or at worst biased (and therefore by definition, dishonest referees. I include the 3 decisions given against us at Dinwall. Sorry I am having difficulty moving on from this because I find it difficult to accept that any referee can be incompetent to such an excessive degree. On the positive side that was a wonderful performance by the ladies. Although aided by some poor finishing by rangers and often on the back foot the ladies were determined, dogged and resilient. The players constantly harassed the rangers forwards and forced them to take their chances first time and always under pressure. When they did get through they found an inspiring performance from out keeper. Easdon was so agile and assured. She must have given the defence confidence. An excellent all round performance. A big well done to players and management/coaches and a big thank you for cheering me up after Livingston.

  8. For those without Facebook, highlights here. Disallowed goal from 1min 20secs in. Truly a shocking decision.

  10. If a butterfly flaps its wings.... There's absolutely no way of knowing who (or where), we would have drawn. We've missed out on a lot of money and a shot at glory. That much is certain. Judging by the state of the pitch, I can guess where most of it would go.

  11. Appreciate Doolan saying he made a mistake with his subs but in doing so I think he has highlighted the general problem he and McDonald have. Doolan thought the issue was Lawless not getting the ball in the air and Graham not having the speed to worry Livi's defence. That to me was a miss-diagnosis of the problem and by quite some margin which makes me wonder if McDonald and Doolan need some help. Yesterday we were getting pulled apart down our left side with Livi playing in the gap between Milne and Fitzpatrick. Our right side was fairly solid but as we started to loose the left side Bannigan had to come across and we started to lose the centre as well. Stanway didn't play badly but he is nowhere near ready to take on a midfield of Livi's quality. I actually think our squad this season might be better placed to have a go at the playoff but I think McDonald and Doolan need someone more experienced in the stand not involved in coaching who can give them a different opinion of what is and isn't working during a game. One other thing - the pitch is again looking pretty bare in the usual areas. What's this years excuse?

  12. I was more concerned with defenders who couldn’t seemingly see players who are over 6 feet tall ghosting past them or being right beside them.
