jaggy
A waste of talent, but hopefully he's on the straight and narrow now http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/drugs-violence-ruined-career--9005247 EK, managed by Martin Laughlin, have won all 11 league games so far this season, so we could see them in the Scottish League next season
lady-isobel-barnett
"Strachan had the world at his feet having made the break into the Partick Thistle first team". Aye, I can well mind scouts from both the Milan clubs, Bayern, Real and countless ones from South of the border all descending on Firhill. No doubt alerted by yon match winning goal of Adam's against Forfar. Where did it all go wrong?
AlgarveJag
On the other hand it could also have read like this... "Alan Hansen had the world at his feet having made the break into the Partick Thistle first team". ...Where did it all go wrong? Charlie Endell
I was walking the dog in Calderglen Country Park and EK happened to be playing East Stirling - I stopped to watch the game (you can watch for free from a mound behind one of the goals) out of interest as Strachan was playing - however, the dog made it clear she wasn't happy watching football and I had to move on. jaggy
I wouldn't particularly go and watch EK even for free, but just mentioned that Strachan is trying to turn his life around. I never particularly rated him to be honest, but if he sorts his life out good luck to him. Let's face it Albert Craig and Alan Dinnie didn't turn out to be saints

partickthedog
Ian Mac suggested that Chris Erskine was a criminal for his miss against Rangers. Thought that was a bit harsh!

lady-isobel-barnett
Did Liam Buchanan not get done for something ? He was a plumber to trade so maybe done for overcharging? btw is the word "allegedly" gone out of fashion? It was Liam's father that was jailed. 1876Jag
Did Liam Buchanan not get done for something ? Liam's dad George 'Dode' Buchanan is/was a well known criminal and convicted drug dealer. Liam as far as I am aware is only guilty by association. As for Strachan he's a wee ned and rotten apple.
