We are rotten but only a point behind Livvy who gave us a lesson a month ago.

I still want QP to win today!

Just in case ๐Ÿ˜€

On the grand scale of Thistle teams I've watched,ย  this one is far from rotten.

I've put Falkirk on my coupon so they will probably drop points ๐Ÿ˜‚

Ok Iโ€™ll rephrase. Players arenโ€™t rotten, some performances have been.ย

Dunfermline was a kick in the haw maws and the Clyde game ended up a disaster.ย

I don't think we've played particularly badly this season. It's certainly not been entertaining and we still aren't creating enough. The big hole in the middle of the park has a lot to do with it for me.ย

On the face of it we should be doing better and I hope we can going into 2025.ย

Going by the teams we've played 4th is probably about right as Falkirk have been much better than us and Livi gave us a doing at their bit.ย

I just hope we click in our next game rather than capitulate as we did against Dunfermline.

Ultimately itโ€™s about points and final league position.ย
Great 3 points last night keeps us in the hunt.ย
Want Queens Park to win today & Dunfermline and Airdrie to win on Tuesday. Followed by a win for us Accieโ€™s and Raith next weekend.

Generaly in this league anyone is capable of beating anyone (maybe not quite Airdrie), a few of our rivals have also had loanees recalled so changes it up a bit too.ย

Still got to wait for the shakedown from the midweek games.

Morton's game off tomorrow due to a gas leak apparently.

Happy with the stalemate in Grangemouth. Taken the peep out the Bairns' a wee bit. They have added Eamon Brophy so good that he hasn't hit the ground running.

Brophy had a decent scoring record at Kilmarnock. 29 goals in 100 league games. Since then he has not really stuck anywhere and has slowly wound his way down via St Mirren, Ross County and Falkirk. In that time he has scored 13 goals in 87 league games. Not quaking in my boots about his arrival at Falkirk.
