Ancipital
I would go as far as saying Erskine is probably the most composed finisher at the club, more so than Doolan- if you've got jagzone then look at the amount of one on ones he calmly sticks away, especially at the end of solo runs. If we count his spell in the Arab wilderness then I think he's only missing Rangers and Hearts to complete the set that Kris completed last Saturday. Good point about his finishing and he's scored a number with his right foot as well, although only 3 headers
Blackpool Jags
Congratulations, Chris. A true Jags hero. I love the guy.
Jaggernaut
Gotta love the "Chris Erskine 50" video on the Jagzone!
partickthedog
Gotta love the "Chris Erskine 50" video on the Jagzone! Chris must really hate Falkirk! Has a habit of scoring in Dingwall as well, so let us hope for more of the same on Saturday.
chunky jag
And unless im reading list wrong, only 4 goals have been in games we've lost, and it took up until goal 36 for us to lose a game squiddy scored in. Pretty good record, think it shows at least partially that when we get good version of squiddy we're unlikely to be beaten, thats how important he is to us
AlgarveJag
actually, incredibly composed and scoring with both feet and his head. A bit like Dools for me in that your appreciation of him grows when you look back on his positive contributions that by far outweigh the 'Denis' effect. Sqiddy, GIVE US 50 MORE! You're phenomenal!!! Weebaw1
Players like Chris are the reason that I go to football. Fantastic talent and a real sportsman. Agree that he should be mentioned in the same post as Denis as he was similarly mercurial, entertaining and an excellent finisher. There have been several like them over the years but some not as long lasting. Higgy, Chic, Park, Lawless. I just love those type of players. Erskine is on fire at the moment and he could have his best season ever. Long last Chris Erskine!!
