Scottish Cup Rd 4

Our cup performances against lower league opposition have been relatively poor of late so I'd be a tad wary of trips to the likes of Elgin, particularly as they have a tendency to score a good few goals at home.

Don't really know who I'd want or where. Think tho' at this stage of the competition I'd prefer the most winnable tie even if boring to the big pay day game.

Really didn't fancy that. It'll be a decent crowd, but that has to be the most uninspiring tie we could have got.

Some good games elsewhere though. The Highland and Edinburgh derbies will be tasty, as will Stenny vs Falkirk if it happens. Livingston vs Dundee is a potential cracker as well -- Livi will fancy their chances at home.

The only slight positive is that our main rivals for the league haven't been given an easy draw.

The losers of the tie will be able to give the league their full concentration. I wouldn't really know if that would be an advantage and I certainly want to see us progress.

Morton got an easy draw.
