Dick Dastardly
So, to summarise. Rangers need a LOT of cash urgently. Ashley will lend them a lot of cash if he can have Ibrox and Murray Park as security. Rangers have said that will never happen. Ashley has sole rights to use Murray Park as security for the period that Rangers need the cash. Others could lend some cash in exchange for seats on the board. Ashley has control of the board and won't let that go cheaply. Please make sure I never play poker with Mike Ashley.

yoda-jag
ack, what the hell, what's folks thoughts on this, which is doing the rounds? for clarity, jim park was hired by green, as a consultant on the sevco payroll, 3 months after this alleged email to whyte. Dragon
There's a pitch inspection at Sh!tBrox before the game - just to make sure Sevco/NewCo (AN Other) still own the pitch !

Mr Bunny
Football was abandoned long ago at Ibrox (except occassionally by the opposition).
Dug1e
sports socks 2 for a pound stadium. we might laugh but we could use 10mill
The Sunnylaw Jag
sports socks 2 for a pound stadium. we might laugh but we could use 10mill Yeah but it is a loan and needs to be paid back. So to get rid of Mike Cashley and his bacchanal from the Ibrox board you would have to pay him the £13 million and also negotiate the rights back. Effectively Sevco can't afford to get rid of him nor possibly Sevco 2: the sequel.
Lindau
Surely this clown can't pass the fit and proper rule for ownership of a club. Convicted criminal. One wonders if a blind eye will be turned and it will be no surprise if it is! http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/sack-board-dave-king-sets-4993728
Mr Bunny
Well he could just join the RIFC board - the holding company - and not TRFC - the club. Funny how life imitates myths. Re the abandoned game, heard police insisted to get the hordes off the streets. Edited January 17, 2015 by Mr Bunny
Blackpool Jags
Whether the blue cave inhabitants like it or not, Sashley's got them by the haw maws. His tale is a macro analogy of the Sally saga: they're stuck with him as they couldn't for a second do anything that might cause him to call in his loans to them. By necessity for them, and despite all previous board 'assurances' to the contrary, he'll soon have every brick and blade of grass under his control by way of security for the drip drip loans he chucks their way every month or two, just to keep them from re-croaking. Dear Mr H*n-in-the-street, yur tea's well and truly oot. Book your end of season party / sash bash for February or early March. And make your player of the month for January your POTY. The end is nigh. Just a wee question: how much should we charge them for signed Thistle footballs that they can raffle off at save-the-h*ns events?
