read'n'yell
I think Balatoni would get completely done as right of a back three. I'd like to see Gals Elliott Frans Seaborne Lyndsey Wilson Osman Higginbotham Stevenson McDaid Eccleston The back four are solid and have one purpose and that is to not conceed any goals. Two midfielders helping them out also (Wilson looked quite a tidy player against StJohnstone). Let the front four do their thing, get balls forward quickly and hope for defensive errors and spaces for a very fast forward four to exploit. Playing tippy tappy won't work tonight. I actually think my side could very well win the match, good balance, strength in defence, speed in attack. EDIT: totally forgot Elliot is duffed tonight. Keenan or Lyndsey (which ever is more comfortable) in at RB if that is the case. Edited January 21, 2015 by read'n'yell
Lenziejag
Is Keenan injured or suspended. I don't think there is any chance he will be left out otherwise
Norgethistle
We will walk this one tonight, just have a funny feeling this will be our night 3-0 thistle Stevenson (2) Doolan
ThickAsThieves
We will walk this one tonight, just have a funny feeling this will be our night 3-0 thistle Stevenson (2) Doolan Hard to see it being that easy if O'Donnell, Fraser, Bannigan, Elliott and of course McMillan are out. Gallacher Keenan - Frans - Seaborne/Balatoni - Lindsay/Seaborne Osman - Wilson/Craigen Lawless - Stevenson - McDaid/Higginbotham Doolan Few difference options available... ThickAsThieves
Hope you're right! Canning will be under pressure to get a result if he wants a chance at the job. Applications close tonight. I have a feeling we might sneak an entertaining 3-2 match.

ThickAsThieves
It's 14 players actually, with Seaborne putting in a shift worth two.
Dick Dastardly
It's 14 players actually, with Seaborne putting in a shift worth two. Have you not been reading this site. Balatoni, Craigen and Keenan are listed, so that makes it just
kni
It's 14 players actually, with Seaborne putting in a shift worth two. About time! Our opponents normally have 14 on their side - 11 players, the ref and the two assistants.
read'n'yell
Can we do a half time cross bar challenge? I've never seen something as funny as those four/five StJohnstone fans that didn't make it to the byline.
Graemei
The guy with the mic at McDiarmid park wasn't wrong about it being entertaining, it was hilarious! I'm sure some didn't even make it to the edge of the box. Is Fraser out tonight, I read somewhere he was doubtful, but could really do with him in the team tonight. I think Higgy has shown signs of getting back to his best. Really looking forward to this one.
westertonjagfan
Looking forward to this one tonight. I am mostly trying to see how many jackets and hats I can put on and still have some kind of mobility. Might even buy an extra bovril.

Aberdeenjag
Sitting at home (in a Jags Shirt) listening to Sportsound on Radio Scotland....reminds me yet again how good it is to be a Jags fan because I don't have to give a sh*t about Dave King or Kris Commons. Mon Jags, play well tonight, win and force them to talk about us on the radio. Wearethistle.
read'n'yell
"Partick Thistle have drawn their last 3 matches at Firhill. A draw tonight would equal the club record of 4, last set in 2007/08." Stolen from twitter, its the season of the records, none particularly wanted ones. read'n'yell
Gallacher, O'Donnell, Seaborne, Craigen, Doolan, Stevenson, Lawless, Frans, Elliott, Higginbotham, Osman. From twitter. Would like to of seen Eccleston, Doolan has done nothing all season. Glad Higgy and Frans are back.
ThickAsThieves
McDaid not even on the bench, so injured presumably. Good to see Elliott and O'Donnell have made it. Considering none of the other kids are playing, I wouldn't have minded seeing Wilson in the middle alongside Osman. I'm really not a fan of Craigen playing that deep - he needs to be further forward. Donners
Love this Line-Up. The front 4 we have been waiting on all season. after the 60 mins he had at Left back I'm excited to see Elliot there - we must have the fastest Full-Backs in the Country if he continues there, and the Big No-Nonsense Boys at the back!! Fancy us to give Hamilton a right good doing!!
