Jaggernaut
I'm a bit confused by that announcement, and would like clarification: What will be replaced by "replacement tiles"? Every brick on the outside of the JH stand, or just those that are damaged? What exactly are "brick slips" on the front of the JH stand? Something that is not bricks? If I have a brick already in place and do nothing, there will be an identically worded replacement tile put in the JH concourse, and the original brick will remain where it is; is that correct? PS: My brother and I each have a brick, but I have no recollection of what's on them or precisely where they are....... I'm guessing there is no computer record of these... "Computer says 'no.". Rid Skwerr
The current "bricks" on the outside of the JH are not full 3-dimensional bricks but are really tiles about 10mm thick. I guess that these can be referred to as "slips" as well. I think it's pretty decent of the club to replicate the existing ones for free. Edited December 14, 2018 by Rid Skwerr The tiles as 10 millimetres thick, not 10 metres!!

If that's what's happening, I totally agree.
delurker
They're replicating all existing ones with an inside tile, existing ones stay outside where they are. You can choose if your replicated tile goes in JH or JL; if you don't contact them to choose it'll go in JH by default. Those without an existing paying to get a new tile get the same choice, presumably.
partickthedog
I am pleased to hear that there are a lot of tiles involved and therefore this will not be a futile gesture.

ChiThistle
Not clear at the guidelines. Where are we supposed to throw these bricks? And can I bring my own brick? I didn’t read through it.
