Pie Of The Month
I've given up hoping for a good draw in the cup.
Jaggernaut
That list shows just how abysmal our relatively recent history has been when drawn against SPL teams in the Cup. A Mickey Mouse outfit at Firhill, please! (And no, not the one that many people will suggest!).
peagreenboy
Either of the Dundee clubs! Nice and easy for me to get to. Also, I know they drew against Celtic today, but I saw Utd play Ross County earlier in the season and they were bowfin', and I think the Jags on a good day would properly do them. G SUS
The Arabs were actually poor today too. What date is the 4th round? December 1st. Ironically, it's the next game Stephen Craig will be allowed to play for us, assuming it's a 3 match ban for violent conduct.

G SUS
Nice bit of research, you had nothing else to do today? :-) I had actually researched all the teams in Round 3 prior to the draw for that round. A simple copy and paste, eliminate the teams that are out and add the SPL and 4 SFL teams in. Easy enough.
ian_mac
Elgin away for me definitely. We've never played there but I have been to the ground and even had a kick about on the pitch. It really is a great wee ground.

We've never played there but I have been to the ground and even had a kick about on the pitch. It really is a great wee ground. Definitely not, Elgin away in December would be a serious banana skin. Either a big SPL team or a lower-league team at home. The last thing we want is an embarassing exit without making any money in the process. Bryza
I'll take Elgin as well. Get it off the list.
twinny
St. Mirren R23 1988/89 (D0-0; W 3-1) Round 23, must have been some competition that year! In all seriousness, great work mate. QoS away for a short 5 hour round trip.
potty trained
St mirren away please. Try to play football but not doing it very well. Their home support make no noise at all and get on their players back for the slightest reason. It's a great pitch and a great wee stadium with perfect transport and plenty pubs in the area. Yet to play there.
Mediocre Pundit
Both Elgin and St Mirren away are decent shouts. I'd like to see us play one of the poorer SPL sides to judge how good we are - think we'd make a really good game of it. Alternatively any diddy (-er team than us) at Firhill please. Would be good to set a cup run going...
jaggy
anybody at home, but preferably a team not in Division
Lin1876
We all know it'll be Cowdenbeath away, and I don't fancy a highland team away in December as that could end badly for us. Would fancy either a lower league team or lower SPL team at Firhill. Dundee, St Mirren or Hearts would certainly be winnable at home. Failing that, Bonnyrigg or another good day out would be fun. JeanieD
Research is superb but technically isn't Airdrie United the continuation of Clydebank?
H Wragg
I can't make the game. Would hate to draw Sevco as I think we'd have a great chance of doing them and I wouldn't be there to see it. Other than that, any draw that should see us into the next round will do me.
