Any Juicy Rumours? Who Are We Hoping To Bring In?

With Aidan Nesbitt being 18 I can't help but be slightly disheartened that we have to loan players in as opposed to developing our own youngsters. With the exception of Bannigan and maybe Lindsay, I can't really recall a youth player cementing a place in our squad.

But best of luck to Nesbitt here. Young players tend to have a sense of fearlessness about them that encourages them to run at players and have a pop at goal. Hopefully he can do the same.

Nesbitt stood out a mile compared to the other Celtic lads. We've got 16 year olds playing in the U20s. Who's to say that say James Stokes, James Penrice or Edin Lynch won't be ready for the 1st team squad by the time they're 18.

Celtic are a big club with money therefore they are a much bigger organisation and can take a lot more kids in. Kids naturally want to play with a big club. We will need more time to compete with that.
