Good to know Banzo and Gary are here for a few years at least Edited May 20, 2014 by Lindau

mhs
Great news. Â I think Gary is a real, genuine prospect. Just keep his head down and continue as he has and there should be a big things ahead for him. Â Well done Thistle for getting this deal sorted! Mr Bunny
Things is Bannigan is signed up for two years. He and Fraser make a terrific midfield combination - and one is 21 the other just coming up to 20. They both could be terrific players. Dick Dastardly
Great news about Gary staying on. Good work by the management team on that one. Â Trying to think of a young defensive midfielder to play with Gaz and Banzo and wondered what happened to Liam Kelly. Remember him being good for Killy, but he appears to have vanished since his mover to Bristol (one of them).

The Arch
Amazing how well he's done considering he's basically two years younger than Bannigan, and had barely played a first team game before he'd joined us. Â Genuinely think keeping them together as a pair could be key to future success. They give a lovely balance between defence and attack, and even if Welsh gets back to full fitness, I think Fraser deserves the chance to run with the baton. Â Fraser's range of passing is excellent, and is potentially now our most saleable asset, considering he has more goals to his game than Banzo. Â What a charismatic young man too. Great interview..

And they are a lovely balance of left and right footed players: and both can play the defensive role and both are good going forward if they get the chance. digger
Brilliant piece of business for us. Gary and Stuart are developing into cracking players it's gonna be great watching them mature in the next few seasons.
Drew37
Good prospect, gives up a bit when beaten, could track back better. If he does really well next couple years they could have chance to sell onto to bigger club perhaps?
jags on tour
good news, very impressed with Archie convincing these young guys to commit the next 2/ 3 years to playing with Thistle.they obviously believe in our style of play and most importantly Archie. It's a pity ATS didn't want to hang about! I wasn't sure about Fraser to start with as he seemed to have one good game then one bad game and was out of the team for a while, it's easy to forget he's just a young guy in his first proper professional season in the SPFL.a good solid pre season behind him without any distractions and he'll be one of the first names on the team sheet next season. The Sunnylaw Jag
And they are a lovely balance of left and right footed players: and both can play the defensive role and both are good going forward if they get the chance. Looking at the dvd from the 2012-13 season, it's just a pity that Bannigan's not been able to support the attack as much as he did in that season when he pitched in with a few goals. Â Was that DVD someone's school project? Really disappointed in the overall quality but the way the interviews just seemed to fade out mid sentence was really shoddy. Great to see the goals again but when you look at the official version in comparison with what Red and yellow has posted on here, they are like night and day! Lionel J. Botch
I believe Gary will be our record transfer fee in the next few years if he keeps progressing.
Blackpool Jags
Archie is proving to be exceptionally astute for one so relatively inexperienced in top flight management.
