jags on tour
Duggan had tweeted it himself aswell. I'm a bit disappointed he didn't go to a championship team, its a waste of time going to qp playing in a pub league for 6 months.
lady-isobel-barnett
Must admit I reckon Duggan would be a certain starter for most teams in the third tier and maybe with one of the part time teams in the Championship. So bit surprised to see him go out to the fourth tier. That said perhaps the most important factor is getting as much game time as he can. In its own way Division Two will still be as competitive as any other league and he'll no doubt be up against some robust defending. falklandal1
he was subjected to some heavy challenges last night, was hardly given a ball to feet all night.Development squad looked to be pretty makeweight, got muscled out of the game too easily, lost a couple of silly goals. brodieboy
Queens Park didn't do Blair Spittal, Andrew Robertson or Aiden Connelly any harm... The perfect place to develop.
Mediocre Pundit
Or Paul Cairney, Stuart Kettlewell or Paul Paton. Good record of developing young players.
Richard Nixon
So, at some point in the future, it's reasonable to expect Dundee United to take him, and try to shaft us on the fee?
lady-isobel-barnett
Can a player with a professional contract play on loan for an amateur team? Interesting question. I still, at this relatively late time of life want to know why I never see baby pigeons.

The Legend Blows
Bit of waste of time imo. Why not hold off for a few more weeks and approach QP after that. Surely someone would take him from a bit further up the leagues? Saying that, not like he'll every get a game for Thistle even if he knocked in a goal a game between now and Christmas for QP. falklandal1
Not to my knowledge,it looked like the team that played against St Johnstone the previous week except that Ecclestone didn't play, got completely bullied out of the game, brought no one from the bench to try and alter the flow of the game. read'n'yell
Nothing wrong with QP. They have a good set up with a record of developing youths. A Glasgow team and guaranteed first team football for Duggan. Don't think playing a league higher would make all that much difference. Also Chris can draw on the experience of not only playing under the tutelage of Dick Campbell but can now add Gus McPherson to his list of mentors. Members Willjag
A bit generous crediting him with an assist for the second I think!
The Earl of Hathaway
QP supporting mate in work seems to rate him - apparently did everything but score a goal. Rumour is that the club wanted him to go to Brechin because they would pay his wages but Duggan wanted to go to QP (who don't as amateurs, see above). This is all second-hand so might be partly/totally BS.
BowenBoys
A bit generous crediting him with an assist for the second I think! He kept the defenders at bay! Very well produced video. Liked the cut aways to match action during the interview. Very polished. I wonder how difficult that is to do...
The Legend Blows
So let me get this right. That's 2 players in recent weeks gone out on loan to play every other week on rubber crumb and plastic grass. Mmmmm. Fair old chance that could be counter productive. Mr Bunny
I see Colina is back in the young team. Drew 3-3 with Dundee Utd and the young Spaniard scored. http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2014-2015/september_2014/colina_returns_to_action Anyone at the game?
