JeanieD
Tomorrow 2 pm apparently - any team apart from one we might play in the League at this stage please.
Garscube Road End
Sevco please! And pump them
lady-isobel-barnett
Don't mean to sound Billy Big Boots but I'd like a home tie against opposition from Div 2. Some fixture where we could play a few of our U20s. I can't see us having any league matches that won't be crucial. Either we'll be trying to avoid the play off/relegation spots or we'll be playing for money (final league place). We just won't have the scope to risk playing our youngsters unless they've had a wee bit of experience. A Cup fixture as described could help. jagfox
Clyde away please...oops! Spartans away will do. Otherwise Annan or Elgin City away as I've never been there for a Jags game.
billko
Clyde away please...oops! Spartans away will do. Otherwise Annan or Elgin City away as I've never been there for a Jags game. Been to both for wee Jags games Always a good day at Annan and a nice social club at the ground.
crazy davie
sevco at the old rangers ground please god...
brodieboy
Stirling Albion away would be perfect for me Within walking distance from my house and now some excellent pubs in Stirling. Or a wee trip to Bo'ness which would enrich the magic of the Cup Edited November 3, 2014 by brodieboy
Ancipital
Anyone from league 1 downwards - obviously anyone in our own league is a dreadful draw and the championship sides would range from being banana skins to games where we might not even be favourite. jaggy
sevco at the old rangers ground please god... whats the obsession with playing them? especially away as I wouldn't fancy our chances, even though they are poor
Albert's Ghost
Not too bad! Accies, when DU were still lurking...
Albert's Ghost
Last 4 were us, well, DU, accies. We're at home to Accies.

jaggy
Accies at home then. Unbelievable draw, 5 all premiership and the other 2 play the top 2 in the championship!!! at least 6 top teams out at the first hurdle then
javeajag
Home draw the main thing
Jag
Is that the top 14 teams playing against each other? Incredible.
Albert's Ghost
Ah, the romance of the cup! We'll beat Accies then get knocked out by Annan or Elgin.
Albert's Ghost
Is that the top 14 teams playing against each other? Incredible. about 500000:1 against by my reckoning. Any gamblers/stattos out there?
Barney Rubble
Not too bad! Accies, when DU were still lurking... Ach well - at least it's an early opportunity to perfect the art of not losing late goals to them.
lady-isobel-barnett
Home draw the main thing Certainly better than playing any of the top teams away or others on another plastic pitch. Let's hope we don't need a replay. It's not the fault of the Cup competitions that throw up so many repetitive games. Fault lies with daft league structure that breeds the over-familiarity,
north stander
Sandwiched between the Aberdeen and Killie home games, and like her ladyship Isobel says, preferably better than playing any of the top teams away or away on any plastic pitch. Overall, happy with that outcome.
ThickAsThieves
Christ. Gets rid of big teams early, so if we get through this one we could get a fairly easy team in the next round. Exciting stuff.
Albert's Ghost
Sandwiched between the Aberdeen and Killie home games Small matter of a return to porkheid a few days after Accies...
north stander
Small matter of a return to porkheid a few days after Accies... Forgot that. Though my reference point (http://ptfc.co.uk/teams/senior/seasons/2014-2015/fixtures_results) has too.
Blues Brother
Thank goodness the rules have been changed this year for the cup 85 minutes instead of
jagfox
The last time Thistle faced Hamilton in the Scottish Cup, Hearts played Celtic and Rangers faced Kilmarnock, while St. Mirren played ICT! We beat Accies 5-1 too.
