allyo
Never understood why Celtic is pronounced Seltic. Or for that matter, why some people pronounce Sevco (Sevso?) as Rangers.

Garscube Road End
Anyway! Only change I'd make is Seaborne for Balatoni.

Ancipital
Looks like Elliott and Seaborne are back from illness and Higgy back from suspension- I'd give Frans another week if he's touch and go. Osman, Welsh (obviously) and McMillan (even more obviously) still out and Eccleston now out as well. Gallacher SOD Balatoni Seaborne Elliott Fraser Bannigan Lawless Stevenson Higgy Doolan BBC now saying Higgy out, so bring Keenan in and shove Elliott on the left, he'll give good support tracking back. County are missing 6 players as well through injury and suspension, which leaves their squad down to the bare bones of about 32 players to pick from. jaggy
Anyway! Only change I'd make is Seaborne for Balatoni. you would play Seabourne & Lindsay even though both are left sided centre backs and Balatoni played very well last Sunday? BowenBoys
Bet you don't get this kind of learned patter on Follow Follow. Follow was not pronounced Follow, as it would be now. In Roman times it was pronounced Borrow, which makes the football connection more obvious. Thought they wanted to keep the history.

Jag
I think the only changes will be Seaborne and Osman in and Lindsay and McDaid out. I reckon he'll push Fraser forward again and put Stevenson wide. Could also drop Doolan and put Stevenson up top again, which would be disappointing. JeanieD
Trains north of Inverness not expected to operate until late tomorrow afternoon apparently - in case anyone was planning the trek by rail.

jaggy
Conrad was excellent last week and has had a few good games recently. Liam played well last week, but both goals came from the left side of defence. Not blaming him, but just saying
Jaggernaut
Cicero a 4-2-4 proponent or a IV-II-IV man? That reminds me of the Roman Centurian who walked into a bar, went up to the counter and stuck two fingers up at the barman, and said "Five pints, please."
lady-isobel-barnett
Just been on Scot Rail site. As I read it trains to Inverness are terminated at Perth. Perhaps someone else could have a check as I'm not too clever with timetables and the like.
read'n'yell
Flooding at Kingussie (always a real hot spot because it's a flat and narrow valley with a very large river) has meant no service between Perth and Inverness. Not expected to be back on until tomorrow. Buses are running so an option is train to Perth then bus to Inverness. Or a bus the whole way - the A9 has no reported problems. Trains are running from Inverness to Dingwall. Edited January 10, 2015 by read'n'yell
thebiglemon
It's not clear at all- only references the sleeper Glasgow to Inverness is not listed as being disrupted. Does flag up possible issues between Inverness and Dingwall though Forecast for Dingwall isn't good. Snow then heavy snow by
lady-isobel-barnett
Thanks for confirmation, read'n'yell.. My train ticket was from Perth to Inverness! Could've gone by bus if I'd booked but as not leaving from a terminus I'd imagine they'll be full by where I'd get on. Reluctantly giving this one a miss as no guarantee game will survive weather anyway.
read'n'yell
"Cancellations to services between Glasgow Queen Street and Inverness Due to poor weather conditions between Perth and Inverness: Impact: Train services between Glasgow Queen Street and Inverness may be cancelled, delayed or terminated at and started back from Perth. Disruption is expected until 23:59 10/01. Customer Advice: Passengers should be advised that there is no guarantee of travel on these affected lines today and that they should consider either not travelling or make their own arrangements. Buses have been requested to operate this route, however these are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Road conditions are also subject to change as the day goes on." Copied from site under line disruptions. I probably read it wrong first time, it appears you may get through just no guarantee. Turn up and hope situation. EDIT the 07:10, 10:10, 12:09 from Queen Street to Inverness are stopping at Perth. As is the Edinburgh train due to Inverness at 14:10 (connecting train from Queen St). So doesn't look good. H Wragg
Straighter to the point on National Rail enquiries. Perth - Inverness Flooding near Kingussie means trains cannot run between Perth and Inverness. Because of the anticipated poor road conditions, replacement buses will not run. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/service_disruptions/today.aspx
