I'd start by banning anyone who took part in sectarian chanting (for life), change the club colours to green and white (plus gold - just to distinguish them from the other mob ) and then just keep all the players they currently have in the same positions!!! I have zero club management experience and can't work Saturdays, although I would settle for just a £1m per year, 5 year contract with a payment in full clause (in the unlikely case that anything doesn't work out!)
