The most difficult Pop Up competition yet. In Round One select the 18 teams you think will progress to Round Two. In each successive round you will have one selection for each correct team from the previous round. Points will be scored from Round Four. Until then, it's all about survival. Round One matches will take place on 23 September. For those that want to keep an eye on Preliminary Rounds or want to check the teams who will be in Round One, comprehensive information available here. I would avoid trying to get information from the SFA site. It is, frankly, an embarrassment. Full details will follow when Round One draw has been made. For now, keep an eye on Lowland/Highland League form. You will start with 18 selections. It's vital to keep as many as you can available for Round Four. You don't have to select one team from each match. If, for instance, you chose both teams from 9 matches, you would be guaranteed 9 selections in Round Two. It's up to you. Competition format Rounds Two and Three will follow the format of Round One. You can select different teams in each round. In Round Four the big teams (and Hamilton) join. By now the number of selections you can make will have been severely depleted by your poor judgement to date. For each correct team you will receive 1 point. From Round Five onwards, you can only select teams that you chose in Round Four. In Round Five each correct team is worth 2 points. Round Six, 3 points. Blah blah blah. The person with the most points shall be called The Winner. The prize for The Winner is a big fat nothing and they will undoubtably feel let down after all the effort they will have put in.
