Yes, was also going to post that. A great start for McCall and co. A win on Saturday and we will be able to start looking up the league table. This is still Caldwell's team who, despite other results, did amazingly well against Ross County but they cannot suddenly have become the best team in the division post McCall's recruitment. Call me a doubting Thomas but I need to see a good run of results before I am convinced. Partick?

As an aside, it was nice to see that Miles is playing better with his old team, I always felt a bit sorry for the guy. Onwards and upwards!!
Semi Nurainen
Yes, much closer - they missed a few good chances, overall probably 4-3 to us on real chances. But there were some episodes where our defence looked completely at sea. No doubt Bunter and Archie might just have noticed that as well! ARu-Strathbungo
Yes, a free header for their goal [again] is one defensive play they will be working on I guess. I could almost say that in previous games we have played better and lost …. but a win is a win!
allyo
You have to remember it's ICT editing. I wasn't at the game, but both managers and the reports seemed to suggest it was pretty well deserved.
That 1 jags fan
They missed Zannata’s two chances so yeah I agree with allyo. Edited September 30, 2019 by That 1 jags fan
lady-isobel-barnett
The defensive mistakes came mostly in the first half (tho' it was easier to notice them in that 45). Thought when we went to a more attacking line up we took the pressure off the back line. I'm often critical of Robson & Williamson from a defending point of view but felt they got stuck in especially the former. Saunders if anyone was prone to most errors. Not sure McCall will persevere with the three at the back (O'Ware was technically deep lying midfield but much the same).

Semi Nurainen
Amendment accepted! Was good to see him doing the 'reaction' on Saturday.
jags on tour
You would think McCall would have been interviewed after the game for Jagzone, £6 a month, we finally win a game and everyone wants to hear what IM has to say and nothing!
