Norgethistle
Welsh continues his comeback with a goal for the U20's against Falkirk, currently 3-1 to the good guys at HT
Lindau
If we can get Welshy back to full fitness it will be like having a brand new midfielder. He has been a big miss at Firhill
jagfox
Should play the u20s on Wednesday. Probably good enough to beat the midtable mhanky mob and keeps the first team fresh for our visit to top of the table Hamilton on Saturday
Albert's Ghost
Fraser played 60 mins too. Currently 4-1, Nesbitt hattrick.
Lindau
Fraser played 60 mins too. Now that is excellent news. For the first time this season the squad is looking very impressive, though we are probably one striker short of having a really good, competitive, squad. The Arch
Unless they forgot to tweet about it, it sounds like he got the 90 minutes. Delighted for him because he's had a rotten time with it. When him, Fraser and Higgy are back this will probably be the most strength I can remember a Thistle team having(bar upfront and maybe on the wings). Interesting if Stevenson gets booted from the squad if that's the case, doubtful.

The Sunnylaw Jag
Fraser played 60 mins too. Currently 4-1, Nesbitt hattrick. Did we overlook the the obvious here? Who's Nesbitt?
Veejag
As, I believe, the writer of the original "6 weeks" gag I would like to offer my sincere congratulations to Sean. Imagine how that goal felt to him. Pure chuffed for the boy.

dougie247
Bit off topic but would love to see guys like Nesbitt and McDaid start to get some game time off the bench
Albert's Ghost
McDaid has replaced Lawless the last few games. Never for very long though.
dougie247
whats the point in having someone come on and have like 5 mins though? Unless we are just time wasting lol Edited October 28, 2014 by dougie247
Albert's Ghost
Fresh legs. Lawless works hard, he must get tired. Works best when there aren't 9 men behind the ball though.

Unless we are just time wasting lol It's known as aclimatising the player, get him used to the crowd, and break him in gently with no pressure
Members Willjag
I think I'm right in saying the lad Nesbitt is very young (16 or 17) and probably only getting the opportunity to play at U20 level because Duggan is out on loan. A bit too soon to start talking about him playing in the 1st team I think.
Albert's Ghost
True - but one to watch maybe. Scores loads of goals.
