Actually, my original comment was light-hearted, in what's commonly known on the internet as snark. But seeing as the only humour anyone gets on this site are puns, I can understand why it flew over your head and you felt the need to have a dig at me.

I bow to your superior knowledge of the internet.

I really should stay in more.

"Thistle are pressing but nothing is happening for them in front of goal."

A sadly familiar refrain on the commentary.

Doolan and Taylor in the second half? Doesn't sound like it can get any worse (seeing as we could be about five down by the sounds of things)

Nothing is happening anywhere

Not at the game - correct

Relegation form - perhaps fortunate this is the cup and that our fellow relegation partners in the League are equally inept

Our last 2 league performances have been dire and today has been worse

Add in a potential thumping on Wednesday and a bed run might beckon

We've been shit. Higginbotham, Bannigan, Faser are in terrible form. We've flooded the midfield and then totally bypassed it by punting the ball up to the smallest guy in Scottish football time and time again.

Hopeless.

Chic Young's on the radio saying Archibald's been out screaming at the players - but who decides to, as you say, flood the midfield and then play punt-the-ball yet again?

Why aren't we playing Doolan and Taylor?

Players might be in terrible form but the set-up today needs to be seriously questioned.
