Obviously won't be the same team, but hopefully Abs will be fit. Another big game, given the run in we have up to the break. A victory here and it actually will have been an OK 1st round of games. Biggest problem for Archie might be whether to bring Erskine back in, if he is fit. Suggesting that, two games ago, would have seemed mad, but the team have performed so well in the last two games in the new formation, it's not so mad now. Would be hard to drop anyone that pulled on a shirt on Wednesday. A draw wouldn't be a bad result, but we must go up there with confidence sky high, so a victory is certainly achievable!

Think Abs will be fit, therefore it should be same team again apart from Stuckman for Scully.

There is no way you could drop anyone at all from the team that played on Wednesday, there wasn't a failure across the park.

Also with the opportunity, depending on how game is going, to bring on Erskine, Amoo or Gordon.

Same team sounds good to me, provided it would work against St. Johnstones tactics. Having Erskine and Amoo as subs is delightful if things aren't working out.

I don't feel St. Johnstone are anything special, like to keep things tight, don't seem to score that many or concede many either. If we could get the first goal I think it would really upset the way they like to play.

He was a bit of a fans favourite at Preston and Doncaster, both probably at a better level than us, so he can't be too bad. Bit of a penalty expert and at 6'6" should be commanding at crosses.

Heard Michael say on the commentary on Wednesday that for such a big goalie, he was surprised that he stayed on his line a lot in the development game v Celtic and had a tendency to punch rather than catch when he came for a cross. Fingers crossed he does the business. We must have one of the biggest defences in the UK today with Barton at 6-4 Lindsay (if fit) at 6-3 Devine at 6-0 and Stuckers at 6-6. If we lose any headed goals, questions will be asked...lol

Michael was spot on. He did tho' keep a clean sheet. Like to think he was playing that way as needed the game time.

To be honest, I don't mind if he punches, kicks, heads, or does one of those Columbian scorpion kicks, as long as he keeps the ball out of the net.
