The letter we received with the last voucher stated that the ST's or information regarding collecting them would be mailed the week of the 5th of August, still heard nothing

I'll email the club and post the response.
Charlie Endell
Ok, things could be outside the club's control, but the lack of communication is annoying. A brief email wouldn't go amiss.
Norgethistle
There is 5 postal days prior to the game, Many people may go straight to the game on Friday so you lose 1 day so 4 days People need to make arrangements to go collect tickets PRIOR to the night of the game or we'll have 2000 people queuing firstly for a ticket then at the new turn styles, and we need to get them in prior to 7.45 as the game again is live on the telly
Stewarty
That's me emailed and tweeted the club. Hopefully they're already in the post!
Norgethistle
That's me emailed and tweeted the club. Hopefully they're already in the post! Charlie Endell
If it's available I plan to nip in on Thursday and collect mine.

Extremely annoyed with this situation now. It's going to be tight for me getting to the game on Friday on time anyway. The lack of a ticket that I have already paid for just makes matters worse. If Archie's preparation of the team was like this, you'd expect him to get bagged!
Norgethistle
Add to this the confusion of seats being double sold and we have a right bobby dazzler of a ticketting system
Big Dan
When I applied I indicated that I would pick my season ticket up. I leave for Wembley on Monday morning and don't return until Thursday night. I will be going to the game on Friday direct from work, it is going to be an absolute nightmare. jagsfan1963
Our 3 seats were broken when we went to the DU game and one of them wasn't marked as reserved. I e-mailed the club and got a prompt reply apologising and promising they would be sorted as soon as possible. They better be repaired for Friday
paralytic thistle
don't hod yir breath, the two lads behind me have been asking for their seats to be fixed for five years now, the seats are like ski slopes

One t in Scotland
[After today's result think we can expect a bumper crowd on Friday ..] Another 8k attendance must be possible.
Charlie Endell
We might even be able to afford new toilets for the Main Stand after the Hearts game.
Norgethistle
They will bring a big big crowd on Friday now, probably more than the Main stand holds, I wonder what the contingency plans are as well as getting the ST;s their tickets or vouchers
topcat
If Hearts took 4K to St Johnstone then after the days victory I can,t see how we can accomodate them in just the Old Main stand. Â We could see another move out of the North Stand
BowenBoys
I don't think there is much chance of the season tickets arriving this week. The first match with new season tickets will be chaos. The club won't risk it for a televised game, especially as this week it is on the prestigious BBC Alba.
Charlie Endell
I paid for my season ticket on 3rd July - was told it would be available in about three weeks... Â This coming Tuesday six weeks will have passed.
scotty
I sent the application form for my ticket off in June (although the money didn't come out of my bank 'till the middle of July!). The only reason I bought a season ticket this year was to ensure I had a seat reserved. I would like the same seat I've been sitting in since the JH stand opened but any seat would do as long as I know where it is. As I'm one of the people whose seat seems to have been sold to someone else I will be most pissed off if we are given vouchers for the Hearts game. It was bad enough at the DU game not knowing which of the season ticket holders had the right to sit in the seat. If there's an even bigger crowd on Friday it will be a nightmare. Are the stewards prepared for the chaos which will inevitably ensue?
Charlie Endell
Surely there'll be some sort of update from the club tomorrow (email or statement on the official site)? Perhaps not...
Lenziejag
I am also one of the ones whose seat has been sold to someone else. It is a bit inconvenient but it isn't a big deal for me. As long as I get in that's good enough for me. It could be another busy night for the lassies in the office if there is another hiccup with the ST 's
