cyprusjag
Noticed he was playing for Airdrie against the Great Unwashed. What happened to his career?I thought he was a great prospect when he was with the Jags.Surely he didn't lose "it" so quickly

1 John Lambie
Had a good season with us, was crap before that. Should probably have stayed with us & got another season of regular games under his belt, instead went for more money & much like Tuffey, hasn't played much since. lady-isobel-barnett
Thought his second season with us was fairly good. Was still surprised he was headhunted by an SPL side especially as their captain was a left back too.. It worked out well for us as I doubt ATS would've got quite so much game time had Boyle stayed on. We've been fortunate with left backs of late. Got the best of Boyle for a spell as we did with Twaddle and Taylor-Sinclair has been superb.Hope Paddy made a bob or two with the Pars as it does look like his career is on the way down. king of spain
Twaddle at the ripe old age of 26 is at Irvine Meddow. What a waste
jagfox
Twaddle at the ripe old age of 26 is at Irvine Meddow. What a waste Wascat the Ayr game with Ray McStay. Think he has joined the Rozzers.
Watson Towers
How the mighty (well, mighty-ish) have fallen. So many recent players who I really thought would go on to a decent level but who now must regret leaving the Jags: Boyle, Twaddle, Tuffey, Buchanan, Erskine... Blackpool Jags
Twaddle at the ripe old age of 26 is at Irvine Meddow. What a waste Quite stunning really that we got him from Falkirk on a free, then sold him back to them for desperately needed dosh. Then he ends up in the Juniors at a relatively young age. Nuts really.
Norgethistle
How the mighty (well, mighty-ish) have fallen. So many recent players who I really thought would go on to a decent level but who now must regret leaving the Jags: Boyle, Twaddle, Tuffey, Buchanan, Erskine... Now all these players at their peek, I only think that Erskine would be near the team we have now, that shows how far we have came on
ThickAsThieves
There'd probably be a case for Buchanan too. In his peak he was a joy to watch. Unfortunately never the same player after his injury in the 2010/11 season.
Jaggernaut
Twaddle at the ripe old age of 26 is at Irvine Meddow. What a waste That's a real surprise. There was a good player in there waiting to develop. Probably could still do a lot better.
partickthedog
Tuffey (when at his best) would certainly have challenged Fox. Twaddle would be a decent alternative at left full back, wing back or central defender.
H Wragg
That's a real surprise. There was a good player in there waiting to develop. Probably could still do a lot better. Jagfox has indicated he may have joined the polis. Juniors is probably all he can manage, otherwise I'm sure he'd still be in the SPFL somewhere. lady-isobel-barnett
I heard Twaddle had some personal problems that probably had a detrimental effect on his career. The Twaddle of a few years back would've been a useful squad member. Decent enough to challenge and cover for ATS but also not too bad left centreback. kni
Wascat the Ayr game with Ray McStay. Think he has joined the Rozzers. Marc Twaddle is not listed in the Meadow's playing squad but Ryan McStay is on it. Ex-Jag Shaun Fraser is playing for them too but it appears that Willie Kinniburgh has left them. hellas
Heard a couple of guys talking about Strachan and kinniburgh on the train saying it was a shame they both hardly played for meadow due to the police.

Then he ends up in the Juniors at a relatively young age. Nuts really. it's not really nuts ending up in the juniors. Irvine meadow still pay decent money. My pal richie barr knocked back a host of first div clubs to sign for meadow because he got 300quid a week there, more than any of the 1st div teams offered, train two nights a week and keep up his fireman job so he has something to fall back after his football career finishes

hellas
I only overheard a wee bit tbh and it was more along the lines of not going for ex pro's as it hadn't worked out with them.
