robphil
don't have the technical know-how to provide link but if you google 'barcelona u17 world club championship youtube' there is a fleeting(!) glimpse of our young superstar-in-waiting scoring the opening goal... jags on tour
how did he play against Gateshead? was he in centre mid? did he look like the next Xavi or the next Andy Ross?
lady-isobel-barnett
I was watching them train in Pollok Park today - can't wait for Friday. Â Would I be correct in thinking that Barcelona's training facilities will be a shade better than ours?
Lambies Lost Doo
What's the deal with training facilities this year? Not using Glasgow Green anymore? Looked like a good setup and has 4G pitches. I would prefer we had some indoor training facilities ala Toryglen but that is a lot of £££££. lady-isobel-barnett
how did he play against Gateshead? was he in centre mid? did he look like the next Xavi or the next Andy Ross? Â From what I mind he played mainly to the right but not sure if he was a central mid being pushed out wide or vice versa. He took dead balls and a couple of corners I think. My recollections of the lad was he looked in his twenties and wasn't too lightweight. I'm starting to doubt if I'm even talking about the same player. If I am he looked good maybe a bit greedy on the ball but you can understand that when you're a trialist.
The Cup
Lawless is our Messi. Colina can be the next, next Messi.
kni
Colina should be given time to settle without pressure or excessive expectations. It's not easy moving to a new country at only 18.
ian_mac
Apparently he'll be going straight in to consideration for the first team, not the under 20s.
