David Brent
Even the happy clappers and the "keep calm it will turn around" brigade will have surely realised how grim this is. Only scoring in one match is a disgrace
angry gaz
Were going down without a whimper if the management team don't change something drastically and quickly. The same pattern again and again. A smaller squad with poorer quality and playing in the same manner as last season is asking for relegation.

JeanieD
Had a very pleasant cycle round Cumbrae this afternoon - got home - not surprised but things are beginning to look a bit dire. Seems to be a case of "lose a goal, lose the game".
jlsarmy
They'll blame the budgets. Don't normally agree with you but managers hide behind " the budget has been slashed ", our 3 highest earners are Stevenson, Seabourne and Gary Fraser , are we getting value from money? . Archibald decides how he wants to spend his budget but might have been better using that budget trying to keep Higgy etc. The buck stops with Archie , look at how Dundee have recruited Greg Stewart from Cowdenbeath, Hemmings who we had on trial and who we could have got for nothing and even Rory Loy from Falkirk .There are players out there in the lower divisions who could step up but we need a manager who can spot and scout players with potential and then develop them . Guy Incognito
Dropping two points against Killie and three against Dundee - two games we ought to have won - look like they are going to come back and haunt us. Massive game coming up next weekend against Motherwell, followed by games against Dundee Utd, St Johnstone and Hamilton. We should be capable of picking up about eight points from those four fixtures but it is hard to see where the goals are going to come from at the moment. JeanieD
Which boat were you on? You realise the "Thread Nazis" will get you (and me!!) for that!! - was on "Loch Shira" but "Isle of Cumbrae" was at Largs - she will be doing crossings next weekend I suspect. :frantic:

Big Col
No - it's not as bad as that - don't get carried away. Scored 2 in 8 league games, 9 competitive games if you include the league cup.
Jaggy1967
scored 1 in 8 games? That is without doubt the most worrying factor in my opinion. fecking shocking beyond belief.
Metz
scored 1 in 8 games? You'd prefer we scored more but lost more goals? Which score have we had that you thought was not possible before the game started.
Dark Passenger
Horrible today. Waste of time and money. County weren't much better, that's the most galling thing.

An atrocious game of football and concur with DP. County were abysmal and I find it hard to imagine any other team in the league not scoring in that second half. Jaggernaut
Had a look on the BBC yesterday, and at that point possession was Ross County 38%, Thistle 62%,.... but shots on target...... 0. "This doesn't look good," I thought. And the inevitable came to pass. Got a horrible feeling that this season we might break several unenviable records. Lindau
Highlights? Probably shows how poor a game it was! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/scotland/34305856
potty trained
With our trend of going a man down at the back, why does Seaborne think it's acceptable to body check a runner on the edge of our box? What a tit.
Members Willjag
Oh come on PT. That sort of thing goes on all the time. I did it when I played and every week you see pulling and jostling at corners and free kicks around the area go unpunished. The beeb were just trying to find something interesting to pad out their highlights in what by all accounts was a very dull game.
jaf
I thought it at the time. Good start though dumbaya has made he definitely made hitting that cross for their goal way too easy.

Jostling and pulling in the box has no relation or similarity to that incident, which was a blatant block on an attacking player. When the ref's already missed an incident he's been involved in? He shouldn't be making it easy for the red to make up for missing the off the ball incident.
