Lambies Lost Doo
Team for Saturday? Need to pack the midfield. Hibs play with 2 wingers staying wide with plenty of pace while a midfield 3 interchange and have a good passing game. Cerny 3 Centre Halves Devine Turnbull (are these 2 faster than Keown? Simon Murray is quick. Barton (can have him at back bringing ball forward as they play with 1 up front.) 2 Wing Backs who need to press their wingers back. McGinn RWB Spitall LWB (didn't see him play here v Hearts but reports were good and he looks more athletic and pacy than Lawless) Edwards Fraser (here I'm blinkered by his form couple seasons ago with Bannigan. Could take McCarthy. We are v short here at the moment). Erskine (number 10 role) Doolan <3 Edited December 1, 2017 by Lambies Lost Doo

twinny
LLD, maybe I'm missing something but I feel we'd do better starting in with eleven players.

twinny
I just reckoned you thought we were so short we only had ten men!
Stephen1876
Sadly I reckon Milan may be away in January when he can’t even make the bench when we only have one fit full back (unless he is injured)

Stephen1876
Ah I see. He may be an important player for us this month given we are very short at the full back positions

Barney Rubble
In real danger of getting cut adrift. As things stand we are adrift - four points from safety, with the least wins and the worst goal difference. On 24th October we had the chance to overtake Hamilton who were on a run of successive defeats. Right now they are 5 points ahead of us. Dundee and Killie have been picking up some decent results too. Blind faith that it is all going to come together is no longer a credible hypothesis folks. Barney Rubble
So your plan is? Nice try - it's Archie's responsibility to find the solution, so let's not make it a fan v fan thing tonight please.

Fearchar
Relegation fodder - no spirit, no control of passing, no goals. When two Hibs players are waiting for Cerny's kickout and none of ours, you know they don't want it enough.

Fearchar
IMHO Hibs were very poor today, but according to Neil Lennon (on the radio) they played "very, very well".
javeajag
Never seen a team play the ball back so much from midfield to defence today as we did ... and way too slow back to front .... nothing to suggest we won’t be bottom

jlsarmy
Thought the game was flat , the pace of the game was too slow. Think Archie has got to rethink things with the players we've got available just now . We've got no fit wing backs just now ( Christie, Muzzy , Calum Booth ) so why keep on trying to put square pegs into round holes, Lawless trying to play wing back against Rangers being the perfect example when he got roasted . We've got to be harder to beat , go to a 4 4 1 1 and hit teams on the break if we have to until we get our injured players back. Wouldn't make any difference for the board to sack Archie just now , not sure any other manager would be able to do much more with the personnel available . Huge game at Killie next week , if we get beat its game over IMO
