thebiglemon
Well I hope to be there and expect to see a draw- there have been a bunch of draws with Dundee since they came back up. Neither side has had much of an edge, even when they beat us 1-0 they were pretty lucky. My head says we're due a win though so I'll arrive in optimistic mood. lady-isobel-barnett
Slightly more optimistic as I thought we opened up more opportunities against Aberdeen. The midfield needs to be more attack minded and not just try to thread/punt balls to Doolan or whoever is playing striker. Need to up the pace with our passing and generally up the tempo.
angry gaz
Yip , need to do everything better and quicker. Start the new guys and Pogba Huge game for us.
ThickAsThieves
Cerny Dumbuya - Frans - Lindsay - Booth Osman - Bannigan Stevenson - Muirhead - Lawless Doolan Scully, Miller, Welsh, Fraser, Amoo, McDaid, Pogba.
Paulo
Hopeful for tomorrow. Let's see what the new guys bring to the team. I'd go with that team from TAT, but with Welsh in for Osman.
lady-isobel-barnett
I wouldn't be surprised to see TaT's line up but with either Fraser in for Stevenson or Miller preferred to Dumbuya. btw is there a sweep for first red card? You know who is the ref.
GinolasBald
Would like to see both the new guys starting, but can see Archie starting with Dumbuya on the bench as I'm not sure if he's 100% fit yet since he hasn't had a preseason, would also be unfair to drop Miller since the Aberdeen game was probably his best in a Thistle jersey so far. Think we'll also start Muirhead wide (despite reports saying he's muck out there) to accommodate Welsh in the midfield. Think we'll lineup as follows: Cerny Miller, Lindsay, Frans, Booth Osman, Welsh, Bannigan Muirhead, Doolan/Pogba, Lawless Big chance to get a first three points on the board here. Fairly hopeful as aside from up front, I don't see much quality in that Dundee side. Edited September 11, 2015 by GinolasBald

jagfox
Cerny Dumbuya Frans Lindsay Booth Osman Bannigan Stevo Lawless Pogba Muirhead Let's get our first Premiership win for the season and our first Premiership win against the Dees
Ancipital
Archie saying in the TAG interview that Frans should be ok and Pogba and Fraser are the only other doubts. Cerny Miller Frans Lindsay Booth Osman Bannigan Stevenson Muirhead Lawless Doolan Subs- Scully, Dumbuya, Seaborne, Welsh, Fraser, Amoo, Pogba Dumbuya by his own admission isn't match fit, surprised he didn't play any part in the dev squad game, and I think Osman- Bannigan is our best midfield pair. Muirhead to play where he's been brought in to play and shift Stevenson out wide. Dundee played pretty narrowly last season but I think they've signed a couple of wingers since then. stillresigned
As usual I haven't a clue how Thistle will play, far less who will play

Third Lanark
Inverness one of the teams I think would be a relegation contender beating hearts just now. Important we get 3 points tomorrow

The Cup
It was a straight forward win in the end for Inverness. It's a shame that we shat the bed and gave in against Hearts rather than having a go.

Blues Brother
All I want is effort, pure and simple, if/when we play well that would be a bonus.
Jaggernaut
Two goals scored in six matches; lowest scorers in any senior league in Britain; had scored 12 goals by this time last season. That's enough, Jags! Time to end the poor form and start climbing the table!

Could thistle fans give less of a fck, about Thistle in the top league? Not sure how you linked failure to post on a match day thread to not giving a fck about being in the top league. We have been on a poor run but I'm sure most of the people on here who usually go to matches will be there today. Having already raised £1200 for the club in player sponsorship, people are still pledging money to the club they love. One good result and the feel good factor will be back, it's human nature. Yes we're a bit low at the moment but let's not talk it down.
BowenBoys
Oh, missed a chance for a plug there. Nip over to the Sponsorship thread and chuck in a tenner. Thanks
