BowenBoys
Yes, think I am. Was thinking mostly L & XL with a few M & XXL. Wound need to get some XXXL too, it seems.

ian_mac
Glagow Badges (don't be fooled by the name, they do everything) are a great local company who I would thoroughly recommend. Always the cheapest as well.

Jaggernaut
Actually, why not a version with "Partick Thistle" instead of "Red...."Yellow"? We know what the words mean, but nobody abroad knows! I'd happily buy one of those too.

sandy
So, we 'voted' to choose between two gash home tops last Dec. But still no word on our actual Home kit for 2017/18. Does this mean there has been a re-think and the Club are going to unveil a Red, Yellow & Black cracker?

There may have been comments on here, but if I remember there were quite a lot of votes for both of the options given. I actually liked option B, Probably more than the latest away kit which looks a bit like a Germany away reject. I guess you can't please all the people. There was tho' originally to be a fans' choice of three strips. So maybe there's hope for those who disliked the two on offer.

Does this mean there has been a re-think and the Club are going to unveil a Red, Yellow & Black cracker? The strip that is coming out is the least gash of the two. Both had the same red socks and red shorts. I had an interesting conversation a few weeks ago. I told the guy at TTL I wasn't keen on so much red and he told me he had been in the game 20 years and fans were always going to say they don't like something. He said the club should never have given fans a choice. I said I preferred black shorts. He said you can't have the same coloured shorts every season. I said "Rangers and Celtic do." He said "Aye, but that's Rangers and Celtic." I replied "What about St Johnstone then?" He was keen to make out that they knew best. My opinion didn't seem to matter. I now know the reason the shorts won't be black is because of the away strip though.

I asked on here a while back: why do clubs like ours basically allow themselves to be dictated to by sportswear companies? We've seen recent examples on here of affordable, fan-designed scarves being negotiated directly with companies. Is there any good reason why the same cannot be done with strips?
sandy
Interesting post Jag, I think it's time we moved on from TTL. Anyone still got an image of the strip that won that vote? Not sure why it's taking so long for the Club to unveil it...
