Dick Dastardly 1,044 Report post Posted June 8 (edited) Can I be pedantic and say that none of the London teams are based geographically in the city of London. Might need to check, but I think that United are geographically in Salford. Edited June 8 by Dick Dastardly
Dick Dastardly 1,044 Report post Posted June 8 (edited) Technically Old Trafford is in Greater Manchester, but out side the boundaries of the City of Manchester. Being pedantic, the question was What are the 7 cities… so there are only 5 as the cities of Manchester and London can’t ! Dick Dastardly 1,044 Report post Posted June 18 We have the terms “brace” for scoring 2 goals in a game, and “hat-trick” for 3. Does anyone know the terms used in UK for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 goals scored in a single game ?
