As promised we will be sharing answers to Friday evening’s most frequently asked questions with you today.
Please send any further questions for us to our email address [email protected]
Also, as promised, we will share our proposal document with you later this week.

Why do we have to wait until the end of the week for a document that should have been in it's final form when presented to the 3BC?

You'd think if you ran a PR company and bragged about being a PR mastermind you'd be concerned that existing and prospective business clients might read this article! Hopefully James Cairney sticks with his pursuit.

Yeh I did think that is a now a distinct possibility and would not surprise me.

He’ll be banned and then the ban will be lifted due to ‘positive representations from PTFC Trust’. That’s how it goes these days, yeah?

Btw it’s a cracking opinion piece. 3BC and the Club Board really need to step out of the cosy confines of the Boardroom and see how this is all being perceived.

Its doing the reputation of the Club real damage. They must be so far removed from reality not to see this?

They are living in a bubble of arrogance and disdain to a large section of the support.  I think they hope this will blow over and articles like this will hopefully remind ‘em this will not be the case.

It would be a real shame for 3BC if we didn’t let things blow over, eh?

Trust-Proposal-to-3BC.pdf?fbclid=IwAR2Tc

How will the PTFC Trust bring together supporters if it has failed to consult and does not represent non-ST holders?

This document retrofits the solution that 3BC arrived at a while back. It’s like a fresh of glass paint on rotten windowsills.

PTFC Trust have no track record of engaging with or representing fans. It’s like when the Tories awarded a ferry contract to a company that had no ferries.

ETA “continue the regular dialogue with fans” eh whit?

I've just read this dreadful document.  Apart from the nauseous cliches and the (not so) carefully worded evasions of the key issues, it contains at least one outright lie:

"Democratic The board of the PTFC Trust are elected by the beneficiaries."

They don't even have the wit to couch the statement in the future tense to allow for change.

They, and their boss Low, are taking us for fools.  In what other business would a shareholder with 75% of the shares not determine the Chair of the Board, far less have no seat at all on the board, or its decisions.

With zero shares once 3BC pass the shares to the PTFC Trust, what is the justification for Low's presence on the Board.

TJF are in danger of becoming mired in the minutae of this farrago.  Stick to the basics:

Who appointed the present Trustees and when?

When will PTFC trust hold elections for Trustees?

What document prevents the Trust exercising its votes on Board decisions, especially w.r.t.  Board composition and operational matters?

Keep it simple TJF!

Definitely too many aspirational words in there.
